Your digital camera offers endless creative opportunities, only IF you learn how to take it off of Auto Mode. This beginner photography class is designed to be fun and effective. Whether you recently acquired a digital camera or you are afraid to take your’s off of the Auto modes this class is for you. Studies show that adults learn by doing – so get off of the auto modes and create stunning photographs with your camera.

Designed for digital SLR and Mirrorless cameras. During this class you will increase your knowledge and improve your skills using your camera to its fullest potential. You will be empowered to take your camera off the auto modes and unleash your creative potential.
You will learn:
- How to “see” light
- How to take creative photographs
- How to make great compositions
- How to control focus
- How to stop or blur action and movement
- How, and when, to control ISO

This is a full day beginner photography class that builds your photography and creative knowledge from the ground up – NOT a how to use your camera class. We recommend registering for Learn How to Use Your Digital Camera as a pre-requisite.
